We develop and oversee package testing to assure shelf life and product integrity through the shipping process. Packaging Equipment Design
• Packaging Equipment Selection
Clarke Engineering Services develops detailed equipment requirements to assure OEM vendors can meet the strict customer specifications and standards. We will lead the vendor selection process and identify and recommend the best equipment for specific package configurations. We will test the equipment thoroughly at FAT’s to ensure it meets all customers' requirements. CES will manage the installation, start-up and debug of any line to verify the line will operate smoothly and efficiently through the validation process.
• Engineering Studies
Once a line is operational, Clarke Engineering Services develops and executes engineering studies to determine the best materials for each application. We run scientific studies to identify and document optimum parameter settings for packaging equipment and specific materials. We make sure through these studies that all quality requirements are met. CES manages materials required to complete commissioning and qualification activities.

• Component Design Services
Clarke Engineering Services recommends materials and vendor selection for projects. We perform cost analysis studies to determine the best materials value while never jeopardizing quality. We develop printing specifications, packaging specifications and component drawings for approval. CES packaging engineers manage comprehensive material validations and qualifications.
• Package Testing Requirements
Clarke Engineering Services develops comprehensive package testing protocols per statistical methods to be sure quality standards are met. We develop incoming inspection criteria, acceptance test procedures, shipping requirements and testing to ensure package integrity through distribution.
